## Export Shipment Data

### From Carrier Portals

  **Prerequisite**: You need to have access to:

  * the Business Customer Portal of `<carrier>`
  * the **xxx** capability (which can be requested [here](https://example.com))

Follow these steps to easily share your shipment data with us:

**Step 1**: Navigate to:

<portal homepage>
```

**Step 2**: Navigate to the **section name** section:

<portal homepage>
```

**Step 3**: Schedule a regular file export.

**Step 4**: Decide how to share the data with us.

## Share Shipment Data

### Email

This is the easiest way. Send an email to:

lobster-archiv@sevensenders.com
```

### sFTP

If you can, upload the file at the desired frequency on a file server provided by you,
and share the credentials with us.

  If you would like us to set up an sFTP server for you instead, please contact our support team.
